With 25 years of experience, she leads as the principal software architect, designing and developing custom software and hardware that exceed client expectations. Her career includes roles at OverDrive Systems, ABB Automation, APPRO Systems, and Equifax, where she’s built a reputation for solving complex problems with elegant, smart solutions.
A leading Louisiana tech entrepreneur, Padma is an inspiration for women pursuing leadership roles in STEM. She’s also actively involved in organizations such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council, The Walls Project, East Baton Rouge School Foundation, Entrepreneurs’ Organization, and Baton Rouge General Foundation. Additionally, she served on the Mayor-President Broome’s Transition Committee for Information Services and Technology.
