As Founder and CEO, Padma Vatsavai leads day-to-day operations and business strategy for the award-winning Vinformatix, LLC (est. 2008), a Baton Rouge-based software development firm providing innovative technologies to improve medical administration and research, business processes and public sector initiatives.
With 25 years’ experience and driven by an uncompromising insistence on smart, elegant solutions, Vatsavai serves as principal Software Architect on all major projects, assisting her team to design and develop custom software and integrated hardware that consistently exceed clients’ expectations. She has dedicated her career to solving tough problems, and has worked as a software architect, team lead and software consultant at OverDrive Systems, ABB Automation, APPRO Systems and Equifax.
Padma has become one of Louisiana’s most celebrated tech-space entrepreneurs and an inspiration to women seeking leadership roles in software development and other STEM fields.
